CAI Vision, were commissioned to design, build and install a home entertainment and integrated security system for a discerning London Property Developer/Estate Agent.
MULTI-ROOM TELEVISION and AUDIO DISTRIBUTION
Including in the multi-room television package was the latest Pioneer HDTV Plasma wide screen along with multiple speakers throughout the home. A 'wet' screen was also specified for relaxing in the bathroom. Each TV can be tuned into whatever channel the viewer would care to choose independently, including Sky, Digital, and most other satellite broadcasts available today.
VIDEO DOOR ENTRY
The latest colour Video door entry system was installed at various locations within the property which also controls the door locks for extra security. The system also accesses the external CCTV and allows for the recording of images if required.
INTRUDER ALARM
CAI Vision/Civic Security, installed the remotely ‘monitored alarm’ system, where activation signals are sent to a monitoring centre, ensuring the police are contacted on your behalf in the event of a confirmed signal.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING
Self-contained emergency luminaries were installed both internally and externally for extra security in the event of a power failure.
CCTV
CCTV had been specified, and recording is via a Digital Video Recorder that can be accessed remotely from anywhere in the world as well as via the internal door entry system.
GATE AUTOMATION
The Automated gates supplied by CAI Vision provide powerful long term performance and reliability with the highest levels of safety and security. A gate entry audio/video system completes this first line of security.
